Jake Knowles 10th in Dixie Crate Nationals; runner-up in prelim at Dixie Speedway

For the inaugural Dixie Crate Nationals, Jake Knowles competed in the 604 Crate Late Model portion of the event at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Ga.) on Friday and Saturday.

Among 41 entries on night one, Knowles qualified fourth-fastest in his group before finishing second to Ryan Ray in his 15-lap Qualifier Race.

Locked into the $12,000-to-win finale on Saturday, Jake started eighth and finished 10th after 50 laps.
